From Reading Confetti we have a lovely Father's Day Gift Idea for the Golf loving Dad.
Not only is it a fun activity for the kids that develops their fine motor skills
 but there are *free* printable bag tags for you as well!
(Here is a great Golf Tee Porcupine from them as well)



I loved this post from Nurturestore on the Best kids Ice Play Ideas.
It doesn't matter if it's summer in your neck of the woods or not.
Ice play can still be fun all year round and with this bunch of great ideas
you are bound to find something good!


And lastly is this awesome post from B-Inspired Mama.
Here you can find 25 excellent tips, straight from Mother's with
plenty of experience in cooking with kids. If you want to
cook with your kids, then this post is a must read.

Weekly Kid's Co-op

Here are a few of my favourites from last week

If you've been wondering what all the fuss is about "Sensory Play." then this great post will simply show you through the why's and how's so that your child can learn through sensory experiences also. (It's really easy!)


Here she reinforces the 2nd language her boys are learning by making placemats out of some of the things they are focusing on. I've seen this idea using scanned pages from picture books but I really love how she shows you how you could use this to help consolidate whatever area of learning your child is interested in or focused on.

Seriously, how cute are these? These handprint garden markers are so adorable and are a great activity to do with the kids as an extension to gardening together. We enjoy some gardening together and my daughter loves seeing what we've grown. We'll be making some of these to add to our pots for sure.

Weekly Kids Co-Op

I am so excited to be hosting my first Weekly Kids Co-op. If you haven't heard of the Weekly Kids Co-Op before then it's lucky you're reading this, as it as a tremendous resource, choc-a-block full of fun, wonderful, inspiring and do-able kids activities!

Bloggers from all around the world link up their activities so that you can see them all in one place. We have been a regular contributor to the Co-Op and now you will be able to see the whole list, here, on a weekly basis.
